同济大学城市研究博士,同济大学设计创意学院副院长、博导。主攻跨学科创新和可持续设计。目前担任任CUMULUS国际艺术设计院校 联盟执行委员(2010-2013)、意大利高等理工学院(ASP)科学委员会委员(2009-2011)、中国社会创新和可持续设计联盟DESIS- China总协调人、丹麦Kolding设计学院设计研究委员会委员等学术职务。他主持的TEKTAO设计工作室完成的项目,涉及建筑、城市设计、展示设 计、品牌战略设计和研究多个领域,其中包括2010年世博会联合国馆展览展示设计、中美可持续发展中心金带生态小学、崇明仙桥可持续社区等。他曾受邀在 Changing the Change 2008、ICOGRADA 2009,Asia Design Education Conference 2009等国际设计会议做主题演讲或邀请报告。他出版了两部专著,并在城市规划学刊,建筑学报,Artifact,Design strategy journal, Asia Design Journal等国内外学术杂志发表多篇关于城市规划,设计创新及可持续设计研究的论文。

Prof. Lou Yongqi holds a PhD on urban design theory and practice from Tongji University; he is the Vice Dean of College of Design & Innovation of Tongji University. 
He plays an active role to promote collaborations on interdisciplinary sustainable design education, research and practice internationally. He is the Executive Board Member of Cumulus Association of Universities and Colleges of Art, Design and Media (2010-2013,www.cumulusassociation.org <http://www.cumulusassociation.org> ), the Scientific Committee member of The Alta Scuola Politecnica (ASP) Italy (2009-2011, www.asp-poli.it <http://www.asp-poli.it> ), Coordinator of The Network on Design for Social Innovation and Sustainability in China (www.desis-china.org <http://www.desis-china.org> ), The member of International Advisor Committee of Danish Design School Kolding.
In 2002, he founded his own design studio Tektao (www.tektao.com.cn <http://www.tektao.com.cn> ), which combine practice and research together.  He has finished large numbers of works in the area of architecture, urban design and exhibition including United Nations Pavilion, China-US Sustainable School in Liangping City, etc. His Chongming Xiaoqiao Sustainable Community design Research Project (www.designharvests.com <http://www.designharvests.com> ) is an example of how design society can contribute to the sustainable future in systemic and holistic ways. 
His published works include two books, “Tektao Files” (2007) and “Environmental Design” (2008), “An Acupunctural Design Approach (2010)”. He is the author of many international and national published papers on urban planning, design innovation and research. He was also invited as keynote speaker or invited speaker of many international conference such as Changingthechange 2008 (Torino), ICOGRADA 2009 (Beijing), Asia Design Ed Conference 2009(Hongkong), etc.

Anita Huang, Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Tudou will be the curator for "Unleashing Creativity from the Young Chinese Animators" video presentation at TEDxShanghai.  Anita is responsible for the brand management, consumer marketing and business development for Tudou and overseas the annual "Tudou Video Festival."  With 10 years Internet industry experience, Anita was formerly the Marketing Director for Google Greater China region, and Search & Community Business Director of Yahoo! Taiwan.  Anita holds M.S. degree in Interactive Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, Illinois, USA, and B.S. in English Literature from Fu Jen University, Taiwan.  She is an independent travelers been to almost 40 countries and a certified yoga instructor. 
Tudou.com (Chinese: 土豆网) is the leading online video platform in China, where users can upload, view and share video clips.  Tudou went live on April 15, 2005 and has grown into one of the world’s largest content delivery networks hosting 38 million videos, including amateur video-blogging and user-generated videos, professional content such as movie clips, TV series and music videos from our content partners, as well as made-for-Internet original programming produced by Tudou. 自从2005年来到中国,尼克一直从事着耐克奥林匹克的宣传工作,他也曾为美国运动品牌匡威策划带领两支北京乐队进行了中国首场摇滚 巡回演出,并帮助上海手表公司通过以限量版发行的合作方式出现在Collette知名巴黎时尚店中,为其获得一定的国际知名度,在来中国之前,尼克曾居住 在伦敦,在一家名为Karmarama的设计代理公司工作,他也是一本名为Disconnected的有关英伦青年文化书籍的作者。

Since coming to China in 2005, Nick has worked on Nike’s Olympic campaign, taken two Beijing bands on China’s first rock road trip for Converse, and helped the Shanghai Watch Company get some international visibility by collaborating on a limited edition range that ended up in Collette.
Before coming to China, he lived in London, where he worked at a design agency called Karmarama. 
He’s the author of a book on British youth culture called Disconnected.
